Wiles 5th Album Launching Poster

Wiles Memorial Singers continues to celebrate its unique history and Adventist legacy when it will launch its fifth album, ‘Make Us an Instrument’ at the Convention Center, in Port Vila Vanuatu on the 8th January, 2017. The entire event will be livestreamed, so fans from outside Port Vila and abroad may also have the opportunity to witness the launch!

The new DVD is captured largely in San Antonio City, when Wiles joined over seventy thousand Seventh-Day Adventist members around the world at the 60th General Conference Session of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church from July 2 –11, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas USA. Some episodes of the new DVD were also shot in other locations including Los Angeles, USA, Suva, Fiji, Auckland, New Zealand, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, Port Vila and Malekula in Vanuatu!  You can own your own copy of the New Album right after the launching at only VT1,000 a CD, VT1,500 a DVD or get a complete finished pack for just VT2,000!

The New Album features three Subtitle selections – English, French & Bislama, covering ten original songs, of which five were submitted by longtime friends of Wiles Memorial Singers, Berton Joes (BJ), Linnes M Tarianga and Yolanda McSasai from the Solomon Islands.  Ms. McSasai’s song in particular depicts challenging health issues such as rising consumption of tobacco and marijuana today that cripples the lives of many young people in our communities. The Bonus tracks of the new DVD highlight wonderful memories of the US tour and also includes a documentary featuring Zelma Edwards (the only niece of pioneer Norman Wiles) and her family, paying their historical tribute in March 2016, to the grave site of the late pioneer missionary Norman Wiles, who laid down his life at Tanmaru village, on Northwest Malekula.
